1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rk999 platform — whether through a web browser or the rk999 Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all sections of rk999 including sports betting, slot games, live casino, the VIP programme, deposit and withdrawal functions, and any promotional offers. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use rk999 you must meet all of the following conditions:

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on rk999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address and contact number. rk999 may request supporting documents to verify the information you provide — this is a standard process and not an indication of any problem with your account.

• Your account password is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your account — is not permitted.
• All winnings, bonuses and PKR balance belong to the registered account holder only.

4. Deposits and Payments

rk999 accepts PKR deposits through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, and debit/credit cards. All transactions on rk999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your rk999 balance within minutes of a confirmed transfer.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• rk999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges.
• Only deposit from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

rk999 reserves the right to conduct verification checks on deposits. In some cases we may request confirmation of your payment method before processing large deposits or withdrawals. This is a standard fraud prevention measure.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. rk999 pays out withdrawals in PKR only.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply — check the Deposit page for current thresholds by method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawals require identity verification if your account has not already been verified.
• If a bonus is active on your account, applicable wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal is permitted.
• rk999 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse or terms violations are suspected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

rk999 offers various bonuses and promotions including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, as well as these general bonus conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse.
• Free spins are typically valid on specified slot games only and expire after 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
• rk999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, promotion or associated winnings where abuse or manipulation is identified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements.

7. Betting Rules

The rk999 sports betting section covers Cricket, Football, Esports and other markets. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rk999 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of an obvious system or pricing error.
• In the event of a match postponement, the bet will either stand until the rescheduled date (if within a specified window) or be voided and the stake returned — depending on the sport and specific market rules.
• For PSL and T20 cricket matches affected by weather (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applied), bets may be settled on the DLS result or voided depending on the market. Specific cricket market rules are published in the Betting section.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market and per event are set by rk999 and displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• rk999 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per event. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be settled at the cap amount.
• Bets placed with funds derived from a bonus may be subject to additional restrictions — see the active bonus terms for details.
• In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected events. Odds can change rapidly during live events and the bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

8. Casino and Slot Games

All slot games and live casino titles available on rk999 are provided by third-party game providers. The outcomes of slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino outcomes are determined by real physical game equipment streamed in real time.

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and displayed in each game's information panel. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any outcome for an individual session.
• Game malfunctions — such as a connectivity interruption during a live casino hand or a slot spin — will result in the affected round being declared void and the stake returned.
• rk999 is not responsible for the outcome of any game or bet. Games are provided for entertainment and outcomes are determined by independent systems.
• Players must not attempt to exploit game bugs, glitches or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.

9. VIP Programme

The rk999 VIP programme rewards regular players with points based on PKR wagered across all platform sections. Points accumulate automatically and your tier is reviewed on a rolling basis.

• VIP points and tier status are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the specific rewards they unlock.
• rk999 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, point conversion rates and rewards at any time with reasonable notice.
• VIP benefits — including higher withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses and priority support — apply only to the qualifying account and cannot be shared.
• Tier downgrades may occur if wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a tier during the review period.

10. Responsible Gaming

rk999 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. We provide several tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap on your account at any time through your account settings.

• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing rk999 staff or other players.
• Systematic or coordinated bonus abuse across single or multiple accounts.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

rk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where a breach of these terms is identified or reasonably suspected. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method.

13. Limitation of Liability

rk999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. rk999 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from connectivity issues, device failures or interruptions outside our direct control.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to place a bet or wager.
• Errors in information provided by the player during registration or transactions.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the real-money PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.

14. Amendments to Terms

rk999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will show a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
